Getting into the groove

-

If you picked up last month’s issue, you’ll have no doubt noticed On2Wheels was a little lighter than usual. Thankfully, that’s not going to be the case moving forward, but while we were getting a feel for the new MoreBikes paper and making a few fairly serious changes, On2Wheels had to take a bit of a back seat.

Not this time. We’ve stepped things back up this month, and as you’d expect we’ve got some cracking stuff in the paper for you to get stuck into. We’ve got a ride report from the world launch of Yamaha’s MT 125; an in-depth look at how to tackle one of the most dangerous aspects of riding – the dreaded junction; and we’re kickstarting a new A-Z feature in which we’ll break down some of the biggest and best parts of the motorcycling world. For the first one, we’ve taken a look at the king of adventure bikes, BMW’s iconic GS.

That’s not al. We’ve also taken an indepth look at Yamaha’s legendary learner, the Fizzy; rustled up part one of a 10 step plan to take you from complete beginner to full licence holder; all while finding the time to cover some big miles on Lexmoto’s learner-legal sportbike, the LXR 125. As you can tell, we’ve been pretty busy. And long may it continue.

As the weather starts to take a turn for the better and the nights begin to get longer, we’re going to be out on two wheels at every opportunity, and with 2020’s new bikes and scooters beginning to make it over to British shores, we’ll be working hard to keep bringing you the inside scoop on the latest and greatest learnerlegal bikes available on the market.

There’ll be plenty of tips and tricks, news and reviews, and in-depth features, as we continue to show just how much fun you can have on two wheels (and how easy it is to get involved).

If you’ve been riding for years and you think On2Wheels isn’t for you, we guarantee you’ll find something in these pages to tickle your fancy. And once you’ve had your fill of learner-legal goodness, you can help us spread the message about how bloody brilliant biking is.

We’re not asking you to do anything too tricky or labour intensive, all we want is for you to tear out the On2Wheels section and give it to someone you know who you reckon might be interested in motorcycles or scooters.

Go on. Kickstart someone’s life on two wheels.
