compatible Furyganjacket for the system - the one I used was the Furygan Vince V3 retro leather jacket that costs £359.99. Provided that you want the system for the road with a Vince V3 jacket and pay the one-off fee for unlimited use of the airbag, you are looking at a single total cost of £1138.98. Alternatively, you could keep the costs low by paying the subscription monthly (£12/month) with the option of cancelling at any time. The vest can also be retro-fitted into many old and new Furyganjackets, so check with your local dealer whether your current Furygan jacket is a match, and you could save a load of cash.

Interestingly, just before we went to print we were told that from September there will be a Chest Connector Accessory to the airbag available, which links the two front zips that now connect to the compatible jacket. What this means is that the airbag becomes a stand-alone vest that can be worn with any jacket. And even better, the new accessory will be included with all new products as well as offered free of charge to all existing customers. Nicely done, Furygan!

The standout feature of this system is that it comes with a smartphone app, while the others require connection to a computer for updates. The easy-to-use app tells you if the vest is switched on, whether the inf\ator is correctly connected, what the battery level is, and it connects
