2017: Rejoined the BTCC in the factory blessed Power Maxed Racing Vauxhall Astra. Finished on the podium in his maiden weekend, and went on to 15th in the table. 2011: Seventh in the table with the Arena International Ford Focus with two victories. 2010: Drove the controversial Arena International Ford Focus with LPG power, Chilton took three wins and he claimed the Independents Trophy. 2009: Back to Arena International, Chilton took three podiums on his way to 13th. 2008: Switched to Team Dynamics in its Honda Civic and took one win at the end of the season. Finished 10th in the standings. 2007: With Vauxhall in its new Vectra but again had a winless season. Ended up in ninth in the table. 2006: Joined the factory Vauxhall team in the Astra Sport Hatch as team-mate to Yvan Muller. Finished seventh in the points. 2005: After Honda pulled out as a manufacturer, Arena International ran the Civic Type-r as a private entry. Four wins on his way to fifth in the standings. 2004: Took his Team Honda Civic Type-r to his first win at Silverstone in the middle of the season, and another at Donington Park. Took three other podiums on his way to ninth in the points. 2003: Factory Honda driver in the Civic Type-r. Finished on the podium at Mondello Park and was ninth in the standings. 2002: On the podium in his first race with the Barwell Motorsport Vauxhall Astra Coupe. Finished 15th in the standings.
