Shukkeien Garden
Hiroshima, Japan
Take a vir tual stroll around the four hundred-year-old Shukkeien Garden with its peaceful intricately designed areas, winding paths and quaint bridges. The name “Shukkeien” means “shrunken scener y garden”, an apt description because valleys, mountains and forests are represented here in miniature within the garden’s landscapes. Walk across the Koko-kyo Bridge, with its greener y and bonsai trees and stop to admire traditional tea houses surrounded by cherr y blossom.
