Top moments include swimming with a pod of wild dolphins in Mauritius, exploring caves and cenotes in Mexico, snorkelling in the Maldives and coming face-to-face with a shark, trekking through the jungles of Thailand and seeing a turtle lay its eggs in the dark in Sri Lanka.”
