Healthy fresh eating
Delicious fresh fruits and salads are in season over the summer months, which may encourage healthy eating. The hot weather makes us more inclined to choose fresh produce, so we’re eating nutritionally dense food that’s good for our immunity and weight. Most people struggle to get five fruit and veg a day, but at least with salad and plates of watermelon on offer at summer barbecues, the warm months make it easy to be healthy!
