GETTING IT RIGHT
◆ My idea of a perfect day off is to cook and eat with my husband [David Galetti, a sommelier] and daughter [Anais, aged 10]. After a run I’d have breakfast with my daughter, we’ll have lunch as a family, cook dinner together, my husband would serve me a glass of lovely wine and I’ll end up on the sofa with my daughter in our pyjamas watching a movie. ◆ I have to keep my energy levels up, because I run a restaurant alongside MasterChef. I eat really healthily and I drink a lot of green tea. I drank coffee intravenously when I was opening the restaurant but I was bouncing off the walls and had to go back to green tea. ◆ It’s very difficult to juggle my career and being a mother, but I’ve finally given into a nanny, because that’s the only way we could make it work. I don’t have a lot of time to spend with my daughter at the moment, but she knows that when she has my time, it’s focused only on her.
