Tur­key And Cran­berry Tartlets

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS ◆ 12 mini pas­try tartlets ◆ 12 sprout leaves, blanched in boil­ing wa­ter ◆ 4tbsp gar­lic and herb soft cheese ◆ 100g cooked tur­key, torn into small pieces ◆ 6tsp cran­berry sauce ◆ Freshly-ground black pep­per 1 Fill each pas­try tart­let with a blanched sprout leaf and a lit­tle gar­lic and herb soft cheese. 2 Ar­range the tur­key in the tartlets, then spoon some cran­berry sauce on top. Fin­ish off with some freshly-ground black pep­per.
