INGREDIENT­S ◆ 12 mini pastry tartlets ◆ 12 sprout leaves, blanched in boiling water ◆ 4tbsp garlic and herb soft cheese ◆ 100g cooked turkey, torn into small pieces ◆ 6tsp cranberry sauce ◆ Freshly-ground black pepper 1 Fill each pastry tartlet with a blanched sprout leaf and a little garlic and herb soft cheese. 2 Arrange the turkey in the tartlets, then spoon some cranberry sauce on top. Finish off with some freshly-ground black pepper.
