IN­GRE­DI­ENTS ◆ 12 frozen cream-filled prof­iteroles ◆ 410g can red or black cherry fruit filling ◆ 100g dark choco­late, bro­ken into pieces 1 Thaw the frozen prof­iteroles, fol­low­ing pack in­struc­tions. 2 Us­ing a sharp knife, split the prof­iteroles in half. Spoon in some cherry fruit filling. 3 Melt the choco­late in a heat­proof bowl po­si­tioned over a saucepan of gen­tly sim­mer­ing wa­ter. Spoon a lit­tle melted choco­late onto each prof­ite­role, then serve.
