Black Forest Choux Puffs

INGREDIENTS ◆ 12 frozen cream-filled profiteroles ◆ 410g can red or black cherry fruit filling ◆ 100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces 1 Thaw the frozen profiteroles, following pack instructions. 2 Using a sharp knife, split the profiteroles in half. Spoon in some cherry fruit filling. 3 Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl positioned over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Spoon a little melted chocolate onto each profiterole, then serve.
