IN­GRE­DI­ENTS ◆ 2 pota­toes, cut into even chunks ◆ 1tbsp veg­etable oil ◆ 12 cock­tail sausages ◆ 20g but­ter ◆ 2 tur­key steaks, cut into chunks ◆ 12 small sprouts 1 Pre­heat the oven to 220°C, Fan Oven 200°C, Gas Mark 7. 2 Put the potato chunks into a roast­ing pan and toss in the oil. Roast for 20min. Put the

cock­tail sausages into a sep­a­rate roast­ing tin and roast in the oven with the pota­toes, for an­other 15-20min. 3 Mean­while, melt the but­ter and fry the tur­key chunks un­til golden and cooked through – about 7-8min. At the same time, cook the sprouts in lightly salted boil­ing wa­ter for 4-5min. Drain well. 4 Thread the pota­toes, cock­tail sausages, tur­key chunks and sprouts onto wooden skew­ers. Warm through in a low oven for 5-10min just be­fore serv­ing.
