Choco­late Or­ange Tri­fle Shots

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS ◆ 3 slices choco­late Swiss roll, cut into pieces ◆ 298g can man­darin seg­ments in fruit juice ◆ 6tbsp Coin­treau or brandy ◆ 200ml dou­ble cream ◆ 2tsp co­coa pow­der, plus ex­tra for sprin­kling

1 Share the choco­late Swiss roll be­tween 6 mini jars or glasses. Pour over a lit­tle juice from the can of man­darins, then add 1tbsp Coin­treau or brandy to each jar or glass. 2 Spoon the man­darin seg­ments on top of the Swiss roll. 3 Whip the cream in a chilled bowl un­til start­ing to thicken, then sift in the co­coa pow­der and whip un­til thick. Spoon into the jars or glasses, then serve, sprin­kled with a lit­tle ex­tra co­coa pow­der.
