Chocolate Orange Trifle Shots

Preparatio­n time: 20min Serves: 6

INGREDIENT­S ◆ 3 slices chocolate Swiss roll, cut into pieces ◆ 298g can mandarin segments in fruit juice ◆ 6tbsp Cointreau or brandy ◆ 200ml double cream ◆ 2tsp cocoa powder, plus extra for sprinkling

1 Share the chocolate Swiss roll between 6 mini jars or glasses. Pour over a little juice from the can of mandarins, then add 1tbsp Cointreau or brandy to each jar or glass. 2 Spoon the mandarin segments on top of the Swiss roll. 3 Whip the cream in a chilled bowl until starting to thicken, then sift in the cocoa powder and whip until thick. Spoon into the jars or glasses, then serve, sprinkled with a little extra cocoa powder.
