Close to all her fellow presenters, she says they regularly meet up and they will always accompany each other at the big award dos.

“We had a lovely meal for Susanna’s birthday before Christmas,” she reveals. “We are so close and Ben is the nicest man on the planet! “We went to see Alex on DOI last month and my daughter told the producers she wanted me to be on it,” says Kate, smiling. “She was too young to watch me on Strictly but it’s so hard on the ice. I know I am challenging myself every month but let’s see how the year goes before going on DOI…!”
