Grilled Peach, Parma Ham And Mozzarella

Serves 2 Heat a chargrill pan and griddle 1 sliced fresh peach or nectarine. Warm 2 flatbreads or soft flour tortillas in the chargrill pan or under the grill. Top with a few baby spinach leaves, the grilled peaches and slices of Parma ham. Add 3 mini mozzarella balls to each one, then serve, sprinkled with a little olive oil and black pepper.
