LEARN ... MUSEUM & ART GALLERY
The new Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery has five galleries dedicated to Shrewsbury and Shropshire’s history. The museum holds some of the country’s most treasured Roman artefacts, including an ornate silver mirror. There are also themed exhibits and contemporary art dedicated to the work of naturalist Charles Darwin, who was born and educated in Shrewsbury.
