Try St John’s Wort – this popular herb has a good reputation as a tonic, mood enhancer and pick- me-up. C. Go for a walk in the countrysid­e – spending time outdoors has been proven to improve your mood and reduce anxiety. The quiet time, to think things through, can also trigger a “lightbulb moment” where you may work out a solution you hadn’t considered before.
