We’re Hoping…

The sun is shining next week! ! Wednesday, July 15, is St Swithin’s Day and as the saying goes, “St Swithin’s Day, if it does rain, full forty days it will remain. St Swithin’s Day, if it be fair, for forty days t’will rain no more!” While scientists say there’s never actually been a continuous period of forty dry or wet days following St Swithin’s, we still live in hope for a wonder ful, dr y and sunny summer!
