Where you can help is outside school. Your grandson needs to know that he is loved and special. Also, he could do with some outside activities that will build his confidence in a different setting. As he gains confidence, hopefully he will be better placed to tackle any challenges from his peers. But it’s also essential to monitor the measures the school puts in place and encourage your daughter to work with the school closely.
