THE COCKTAIL
Sazerac
INGREDIENTS
7.5ml La Fée Parisienne
absinthe 45ml Rittenhouse
Straight Rye Whisky 7.5ml sugar syrup 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
METHOD
Swirl the absinthe around a chilled rocks glass. Stir the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice.
Strain into the absinthe-rinsed glass.
