THREE TO TRY Summer smoothies
1 Watermelon
Blitz the flesh of the fruit with coconut water, cucumber and a little mint.
2 Berry
Combine summer berries, such as strawberries and raspberries, with kefir.
3 Kale
Whizz up the leaves with pieces of fresh pineapple (pear or apple will do too) and the juice of an orange or two. NT
