DAVINA ‘MEDITATION MAKES ME FEEL PHENOMENAL’

Despite her upbeat demeanour, former Big Brother host Davina

Mccall has opened up about her anxiety during lockdown and revealed she uses meditation app Headspace to remedy her angst.

Speaking on Instagram during a bootcamp weekend for her fitness brand, Own Your Goals Davina, the presenter spoke about her passion for the peaceful practice.

“I have used Headspace, it’s a meditation app, for many, many years,” she said.

“There are some times when I forget to use it, but when I actually sit down and I use it for a month, two months, the difference that I feel in myself is phenomenal. I wax lyrical about this.

“I’ve fallen in love with it all over again in lockdown to help me with anxiety.”

Davina, 52, who is mum to Holly, 18, Tilly, 16, and 13-yearold Chester, previously alluded to her mental health struggles back in April.

“I woke up today, opened my eyes and got this wave of anxiety,” she explained.

“If you start thinking too far in advance, it becomes too much for your brain to handle.”
