Olympian and Strictly contestant Anthony Ogogo has launched his seven-minute exercise plan, which he says has the same benefits as 50 minutes slogging away in the gym.
The workouts are a mix of cardio and body weight moves and Ant has devised tasty recipes to complement the HIIT exercises. “The type of exercise that I help people with is targeted not just to improve fitness rates and burn fat, but to release serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline at a higher level,” he says. “It will boost people’s mood and mental focus, which we all need right now.”
