Hi Georgia! How often do you exercise?

I’ve been exercising six times a week during lockdown, but when I’m partying, I’ll still work out three or four times a week – I have to for my mental health. Even if I’ve had a big night out, if I’ve promised my PT that I’ll be there at 8am and I got in at 4am, I’ll be there at 8am. I just might stink of alcohol!

Describe your workout regime…

At the moment, I start every day with a run or cycling. I’m trying to do one long walk a day for about 30-40 minutes with the dog. I’m also doing zoom workouts with a PT.

Are you body confident?

Yes I am. I don’t think my body is perfect, but I’ve definitely learnt to love myself. Growing up, I would compare myself to other girls, and now I’ve got to a stage where I’m just really happy within myself.

What’s your favourite part of your body?

Ooh, my eyelashes! I’ve been using this serum and now they’re really, really long.

How about your least favourite?

Probably my skin because I suffer from psoriasis. As a kid, it was really bad, but I’m so grateful it’s only on my elbow, my bum cheeks or my knees now.

Are you a healthy eater?

Yeah, I’m a really healthy eater and I enjoy it. I’m intolerant to yeast so if I eat crappy food I can feel really sluggish and ill.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Definitely peanut butter. I will literally eat the whole pot with a spoon!

What would be your dream Friday night takeaway order?

It would be from Sheesh. I’d get lobster pasta with truffle, a monkfish kebab, creamy garlic mushrooms and cakes for dessert.

Have you ever been tempted to go vegan or vegetarian?

I’ve been pescataria­n for over a year now. I’ll eat mainly vegan and vegetarian and then two nights a week, I’ll have fish.

Does being in the public eye put you under pressure to look good?

Naturally it does. I’m quite strong-minded, but if it comes to being on a show or if I’m doing a modelling shoot, I will work to get my weight down a bit.

What’s your top health tip?

One thing that’s really helped me is drinking miso soup. If I know I’ve got a little while until my next meal, it’ll fill me up.
