Hi Bethan! Are you body confident?
On my Instagram it looks like I am, but over the past year I’ve found myself feeling more and more insecure with my body. It’s because I’m not in the shape I was when I was working out and eating well. I’m just not disciplined.
You look fab! What’s your exercise regime?
At the moment I go on my bike every morning at 7am and I try to burn 300 calories.
Normally I’d go to the gym twice a day, once with my boyfriend
Beau [Brennan] in the morning and then with Chloe Ferry at 12. I wouldn’t say I’m a gym freak, because I didn’t use to push myself. It was more for my mental health.
What’s your favourite part of your body?
I have always treasured my bum because I’ve just been naturally gifted. I’m so proud of it! My least favourite is my belly. I’ve got a pot belly and all of my weight goes there.
Are you a healthy eater?
At the minute I’ve been going really overboard with the takeaways, but
I’ve been like that since getting in a relationship. You want to do nice things together, so I’m up and down.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Terry’s Chocolate Orange!
And what’s your Friday night takeaway order?
Pepe’s, which is like a cheap Nando’s. The veggie burger is my go-to. It’s lush.
Have you ever been tempted to go vegan or vegetarian?
I’m trying now because I watched
What The Health on Netflix. It’s difficult, because I love chicken.
Does being in the public eye make you feel under pressure to look good?
I’ve always wanted to look good. I don’t think the public eye pressures me, but I can understand why it would because you get so many trolls. I give myself a hard time, rather than just being comfortable in my own body. I don’t know why, because I’m f**king stunning!
What’s your top healthy tip?
Be as active as you can, even if you don’t want to be. You never regret it.
