Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships provide an excellent opportunity to learn as you earn. They are a great step into the workplace for young adults, but also an excellent way to develop your career within a business. An apprenticeship can be undertaken alongside your existing role and employers’ benefit by utilising their apprenticeship levy (if they have a payroll of over £3m), making it a very viable method of training and development. Recognised as the leading standard for work-based training, there are many benefits for doing an apprenticeship or employing one.

Explore subjects such as engineering, finance, business administration, child care, leadership and management, electrical installation, hairdressing and adult health and social care. Visit www.newbury-college.ac.uk/ apprenticeships to find out more.
