MT Training Ltd offers a fresh approach to apprenticeships

-

FOR many years, the normal route into trade apprenticeships is to go to college, where are taught at the same pace as everyone else, taught what you already know and struggle with the things you don’t know.

By working in colleges over the last 15 years Multi Trades Training Ltd has put together a package which puts you and your employer in control.

You and your employer are integral to the apprenticeship process.

MT Training works with your employer to ensure that all aspects of the apprenticeship delivery are covered during your training.

This is achieved by using a mobile training workshop and online theory training. You will have your own e-portfolio where you will log off the job training, build a portfolio of evidence and complete assignments, all guided by expert tutors and assessors.

MT Training is a governmentapproved apprenticeship provider, which means if you are 16 to 18 it’s free. If you are 19 and over there is a small charge to your employer.

You can do an apprenticeship at any age providing you are learning new skills, knowledge and behaviours. Grants are available for your employer starting at £1k up to £14k.
