Lifecycle’s ‘game-changer’ NEXUS in mobile services

-

LIFECYCLE Software, a BSS and real-time charging provider, has launched the NEXUS mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) platform to facilitate the quick launch and operation of neo telcos and MVNOs.

A first of its kind, NEXUS provides the necessary network integrations with a suite of built-in applications and automated workflows to enable neo telcos and MVNOs to go to market more quickly and cost effectively, operate with agility and offer excellent customer experience.

Currently, companies seeking to launch mobile services face several challenges, including extensive regulatory requirements, prohibitive upfront investments and intricate legacy systems that complicate set-up.

By providing the network integrations and modules needed to go to market fast, new MVNOs can plug into the network, launch their business and run operations with NEXUS, priming them for success from the start.

It can be used by both new players and established MVNOs, significantly lowering the barrier to entry and ushering in a new era of accessibility and innovation in the mobile services sector.

Kelvin Chaffer, CEO of Lifecycle Software – which is based on the Sterling Industrial Estate in Kings Road, Newbury – said: “The appetite for new mobile digital offerings has been expanding and eSIM will further encourage new entrants.

“We are leveraging our years of experience in enablement services and multi-tenanted solutions to change the game.

“With NEXUS it has never been cheaper or faster to launch and operate an MVNO, offering digital brands the requisite agility, reliability, and flexibility for triumph.

“NEXUS’ ‘Telco in a Box’ approach is simple – anyone can launch a neo telco and become an MVNO.”

NEXUS is being used by leading operators to monetise network capacity and expand the reach of telecom wholesale.

The MVNO model has been garnering interest across several industries, allowing businesses to obtain new revenue streams by integrating mobile services into their portfolio.

Through the launch of their own MVNO, businesses can diversify their offer to their customers and bolster customer retention.
