Former Springsteen man returns with show after high demand
FOLLOWING a highly successful, sell-out UK tour at the start of 2015, legendary American songwriter, virtuoso guitarist and pianist, Nils Lofgren is returning again for a second leg of tour dates.
With such high demand off the back of the previous tour, Nils wanted to return to the other areas of the UK not covered last time.
After touring with Bruce Springsteen as a long-time member of the E Street Band on both the 2012-13 Wrecking Ball tour and the 2014 High Hopes tour Nils is back once again to perform his own legendary live show, and he comes to Venue Cymru, Llandudno on Friday, November 6.
Known for his worldclass guitar playing, and his on-stage acrobatics, Nils is a true rock legend in his own right. A superb frontman, both with Grin and under his own name.
Recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the E Street Band, he released Face the Music back in August 2014.
Face the Music is a 10-disc retrospective box set of his 45 years of recording, selected by Lofgren himself, comprises 169 tracks, stretching back to his early work with his Washington DC-area band Grin, which he founded at the age of 17 in 1968, and surveying both his major-label solo albums and independent selfreleased music.

Nils will be joined for an acoustic set by multiinstrumentalist Greg Varlotta. Expect classic Lofgren favorites like Shine Silently, I Came to Dance, Keith Don’t Go and many others from his vast back catalogue.
