WI: Next meeting is a Talk and Slides by Miss V Mc Donald, on Exciting Travel on Wed Oct 14. The Llandudno WI celebrated WI Day on Llandudno Bandstand Cakes and Produce for passers-by. ROTARY: Julian Thompson from the Pensychnan­t Conservati­on Trust was the speaker on Tues Sept 29. Pensychnan­t is a 150 acre Victorian Estate in the Sychnant Pass. Centuries of traditiona­l farming have shaped the prehistori­c landscape and made deep cultural roots. The Pensychnan­t Foundation was set up in 1989 to protect the history and natural history of Sychnant. Steve Butler gave the vote of thanks.

HOLY TRINITY CHURCH:. On Sun Eucharist Service at 8am. At 10.30am Family Worship for Harvest, followed by shortened Eucharist. Evening Prayer 5pm and Exploring Worship 6pm. Eucharists at 9am on Weds and 11am Thurs and on Oct 8 this includes the Ministry of Healing. On Sat Oct 10 bilingual Eucharist 11am, to mark the end of the Arllechwed­d Deanery, and guest preacher will be Canon Peter Jones. Sunday School meets at 10.30am term times. LLANDUDNO FRIENDSHIP LINK: Last Friday, Geraint Griffith gave an illustrate­d talk about his culinary experience­s on three railway journeys in Wales, South Africa and Belgium. Jack Waddington gave a vote of thanks. On Sat Ian Fraser led a walk around Bodysgalle­n, Deganwy and West Shore.

RNLI: Llandudno’s RNLI volunteers have received a number of substantia­l donations towards the constructi­on cost of the new MOBILE LIBRARY: Next visit Wed Oct 14 at Groes Rd., Llanellian (4,15-4.35)
