PRISONERS’ SUNDAY: Oct 11. Prisoners’ Advice and Care Trust and the Catholic Truth Society, are appealing for support for their work with prisoners, and in prisons. With the anticipate­d opening of the North Wales prison in Wrexham in 2017, there will be a call on the Diocese to support the prison and families.

LLANRWST AND DISTRICT MALE VOICE CHOIR: The choir continues to meet Sundays 7.30pm in the Church Rooms, Watling Street. For info about the choir’s activities contact the Hon Sec. Janet Rogers –Jones on 640976. Currently, a programme is being rehearsed for an evening service at Ty’n y Groes Chapel on Sunday Oct 11.
