Palace on wheels will be on show at NEC leisure show

-

A £270,000 motor home dubbed a palace on wheels will be one of the star attractions at this year’s Motorhome and Caravan Show taking place at the NEC in Birmingham.

The latest Morelo Palace will be one of more than 700 new-season tourers, motorhomes, campervans, holiday homes and trailer tents at the show which runs from October 16 to 21.

Built in Germany and arriving in the UK just in time for the event, the Morelo Palace is 9.2 metres long and 2.5 metres across.

A panoramic front windscreen with ‘intelligent glass’ darkens the cab windows for privacy when parked up, while the occupants enjoy two luxury bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a further electronically controlled fold-out bed in the luxurious living area.

Along with a bathroom featuring an oriental shower, a fitted kitchen includes copious integrated storage and every domestic appliance.

An integral garage even allows for a car to be parked inside, or the Morelo Palace can tow a further 3.5 tonnes if additional cars, boats or tourers are required.

For those planning to invest in a luxury home on wheels, delivery of a Morelo Palace built to a customer’s specification would be a year away in October 2019.

The Morelo Palace motorhome joins other international brands launching their 2019-season leisure vehicles to suit every budget. Advance tickets for the Motorhome and Caravan Show are on sale now from £8.50, with free entry for children aged 15 and under. Parking is included in the ticket price.
