THE MILLION POUND CUBE ITV, 9pm
HIGH stakes, high octane, this intense game show is back and it’s on every night this week for hours of exciting viewing.
Host Phillip Schofield says: “Victory is now worth a truly life-changing amount of money. Can you beat The Cube for a million?”
Confronted with the giant Perspex box of doom tonight are brothers Adam and Jon and twin sisters Priya and Shreya.
Each pair must work out who is better at which skills and occasionally work as a team.
The games are worth an increasing amount of money, all building towards the million pound jackpot.
Contestants have nine lives and two lifelines, a Simplify and a Swap. They have to overcome nerves and frustration as they take on deceivingly simple tasks.
Whether it’s removing 1,000 balls from a container in 25 seconds, or throwing a cube over a wall into a box or hitting two targets at the same time, it all makes for extremely nail-biting, addictive telly.
