PLAYER RATINGS

-

BRICE SAMBA:

Let down by those in front of him for the opener. Made a big save at the end to keep out Jordan Clark for what would have been a winner. Rating: 6/10

CYRUS CHRISTIE:

Didn’t look particularly comfortable defensively. Lovely cross for the equaliser, though. Need more of that. Could do with both full-backs pushing forward more. Rating:

5/10 TOBIAS FIGUEIREDO:

Sloppy defending all round from the Reds for the opening goal, as a set-piece again proved Forest’s downfall. Something which needs working on. Rating: 6/10

SCOTT MCKENNA:

A beast at the back. Has settled right into the Forest back line and is proving to be a very good addition. A big voice on the pitch, too. Rating: 6/10

NICHOLAS IOANNOU:

Red card seemed debatable. Got the ball but caught his man on the follow through. Gave the referee a decision to make, though, and left his team in the lurch. Rating: 4/10

JACK COLBACK:

Just hasn’t got going yet. Dominated games in his previous spell at the club, but currently a long way off the level he’s capable of. Rating: 5/10

RYAN YATES:

Thought he’d got his first goal of the season, but the equaliser will go down as an own goal. Put Glen Rea under pressure, though, to force him to put through his own net. Rating: 6.5/ 10

ANTHONY KNOCKAERT:

Just oozes class. Showed some lovely touches and made some fine passes. Always offered an outlet. Once he gets going, he could be a force. Rating: 6.5/ 10

JOE LOLLEY:

Improved in the second half when the visitors were down to 10 men. Kept trying to force something and showed a lot of fight, even if the final ball wasn’t quite there at times. Rating: 6/10

SAMMY AMEOBI:

Replaced at half-time to allow a defender on after the red card. Not at his best when he was on the pitch Rating: 5.5/ 10

LYLE TAYLOR:

Had his work cut out, given a distinct lack of service. Almost got on the end of a few decent balls, but it was hard going. Showed incredible work-rate. Rating: 6/10

SUBSTITUTES

CARL JENKINSON (FOR AMEOBI, 46):

Not his natural position, but settled in at left-back reasonably well. A decent 45 minutes. Rating: 6/10
