PLAYER RATINGS

-

JORDAN SMITH

Could do very little about most of the goals, particularly the second, which was an excellent strike from Matt Grimes. Will be disappointed with himself with the fifth. 5/10

CARL JENKINSON

Effort was there but distribution lacked accuracy. Got into some advanced positions, but Swansea dealt with it with ease. 4/10

JOE WORRALL

Made a couple of crunching tackles and won plenty of headers. Better performance than Wednesday night against Middlesbrough. 5/10

TOBIAS FIGUEIREDO

Looks out of sorts and devoid of confidence at the moment in what has been a poor campaign for the defender so far. 4/10

GAETEN BONG

The first goal came down his side of the pitch, although he can have justified complaints that it should not have stood. Wayne Routledge appeared offside in the build-up.

4/10 LOIC MBE SOH

Game seemed to pass him by and it was vital that Forest won the midfield battle. But, then again, he was playing out of position. 4/10

FOUAD BACHIROU

Found it difficult to get a grip of Swansea’s midfield, with Hourihane and Grimes pulling the strings. Gave it his best shot. 4/10

ANTHONY KNOCKAERT

The only attacking player who carried a consistent threat and must now be a regular starter. Scored the goal his effort and endeavour deserved. 7/10

JOE LOLLEY

Space was limited, although there was one moment in the first half when he pulled the back from a clever Knockaert pass that was snuffed out. Much better in the second half. 6/10

LUKE FREEMAN

Had a couple of occasions in which he tested the Swansea defence from free kicks but, in open play, didn’t have a major impact. 4/10

LYLE TAYLOR

Played as the lone front man and has to offer more than he did. Has to run the channels and try to engage more than he did. 4/10
