PLAYER RATINGS

-

BRICE SAMBA:

The keeper was rarely threatened and showed good hands to pluck a couple of crosses out of the air. 6/10

CYRUS CHRISTIE:

Almost scored a peach in the second half but was denied by a fine save from Ryan Allsop. 7/10

TOBIAS FIGUEIREDO:

Had another solid display in the back four and did the job you would expect of a centre-back. Won his headers, made clearances. He was excellent. 8/10

JOE WORRALL:

Involved in a fascinating tussle with Uche Ikpeazu for large parts of the game and did a wonderful job of keeping the Wycombe forward at bay. 8/10

GAETAN BONG:

Most of Wycombe’s threat came down his side in the first half and he struggled but was much improved after the break. 6/10

JAMES GARNER:

The midfield was largely by-passed in the first half as Wycombe wanted to get the ball forward quickly. But came into his own after the break and played a key role in the third goal. 7/10

CAFU:

Plenty of industry in the middle of the pitch and spent the opening 45 having to do the hard yards as Wycombe threatened. 6/10

LUKE FREEMAN:

Struggled to make an impact in terms of the Reds’ attacking threat. Will get better once he gets fitter. 5/10

FILIP KROVINOVIC:

Couple of passes let him down. Was much more involved after the break. 6/10

ANTHONY KNOCKAERT:

Scored a beauty to kill the game off which showcased how deadly he can be from those kinds of positions. 7/10

GLENN MURRAY:

Showed why he was brought to the club with an outstanding finish to open his account and did brilliantly to win the penalty which he scored. 8/10
