PLAYER RATINGS

-

SAM SLOCOMBE

Will be annoyed to lose his clean sheet as he was rarely tested through the 90 minutes, but he is such a good goalkeeper. So good with his feet. 7/10

CONNELL RAWLINSON

Touch and distribution let him down once or twice, but solid and defended really well throughout the 90 minutes. 7/10

MARK ELLIS

Has proved to be an outstanding signing and scored his fifth goal of the season from a set-piece. An absolute rock at the back. 9/10

ADAM CHICKSEN

Had a fine game on the left of the back three and did a sound job alongside Rawlinson and Ellis. Key role in the second goal. 8/10

RICHARD BRINDLEY

Had the lively Mason Ephron-clark to deal with but the full-back acquitted himself really well and performed admirably. 7/10

MICHAEL DOYLE

A couple of misplaced passes but sometimes that’s a result of him being a yard quicker than everybody else in his head. Controls a game so well. 8/10

JAKE REEVES

Had a dipping effort saved in the first half and was unfairly booked for simulation when he had a shirt pulled. Industrious. 7/10

RUBEN RODRIGUES

In the right place at the right time to score his fourth goal in a week. In terrific form at a key time. 8/10

CALVIN MILLER

Came alive in the second half. Created a goal for Rodrigues and had a massive hand in the third. Has played really well in the last two games. 8/10

KYLE WOOTTON

Had to toil away up front and battle against imposing centrebacks but came so close to a goal in the second half. 7/10

ELI SAM

Touch was a lot sharper and showed plenty of willingness to make the runs. Involved in the build-up to the third goal. 7/10
