TRIBUTES have been paid to an “amazing” 33-year-old mum-of-three who was found dead at her home by her 13-yearold daughter.
Charlotte Fisher-gibson, from Forest Town, Mansfield, died earlier this month leaving behind her three children Faith, 13, William, 11, and nineyear-old Maddison.
It was Faith who came down the driveway of their house on Friday, July 15, to discover what had happened.
After calling paramedics, she tried her best to save her mum’s life while listening to emergency services over the phone. However, it was too late.
It is thought likely that Charlotte died before her daughter arrived.
The family currently has no cause of death and the matter has been referred to the coroner.
Faith went to get a neighbour and then called her grandmother, Charlotte’s mother, to let her know what had happened. Charlotte’s death was completely unexpected and came as a total shock to the family.
Charlotte’s sister, Emily Bradley, 29, described her older sister as a selfless family woman. She continued: “She was just so full of life, so bubbly, caring, loving. She just had an amazing personality and everybody loved to be around her.
“She provided a safe space if you ever needed to talk about anything. She was often the first person people would talk to.”
Describing her as a mother, she added: “Her whole life was her children and she was so dedicated to being the best mum she could be.
“She wanted to be able to give them everything.”
Charlotte worked for a charity as a family support worker and a drug rehabilitation worker, committing her life to helping others. She was described as someone “who would do anything for anybody”.
Her grandmother, Jacqueline Fisher, had died exactly one month earlier on June 15 at the age of 77.
The family had Jacqueline’s funeral on Monday, July 11, and then Charlotte died just days later.
She leaves behind her mum and dad as well as many siblings and her children.
Charlotte’s mum, Maria Bough, said: “Her personality was larger than life. Her work colleague used to say ‘you’ve just been Charlotte’d.’ Everybody always

“If you have children, hold them close and tell them that you love them, because you never know when is going to be the last time.”
Charlotte had completed a degree at the University of Derby as a mature student while looking after her three children, putting everything she could into her education, work and family.
The family are now raising money for Charlotte’s children, who are “heartbroken” to lose their mum, and they have urged young mothers to take out life insurance if they are able to. So far more than £2,000 of the £3,000 target has been raised.
The fundraising page states: “As a family, we will do all we can to cover the funeral costs but any contributions to help put into a fund for the three precious children left behind would be gratefully received.
“If you are in a position to donate then this will be put into a fund to enable the children to have the best that they can, as they face a future without their mum.”
