Autosport International
14-17 January Birmingham NEC, UK
The world of motor sport under one roof – that’s the pulling power of the all-action Autosport International. The largest show of its kind in Europe, it’s been taking place annually at Birmingham’s NEC for more than 25 years.
Over the four-day show (the first two days are trade-only) there’s plenty to keep both industry professionals and motor sport enthusiasts interested. Personalities from the world of motor sport are always guaranteed – for 2016, Damon Hill and Petter Solberg are among the confirmed stars – while all categories of track and off-road racing are represented, at every level.
Special sections include Historic Motorsport, Oval Racing, National Motorsport, Careers in Motorsport, Trade and Technical, F1 Racing Grid, a karting area and the Adrenaline Zone.
The revamped Williams Martini Racing Autosport Stage will bring a slice of Formula 1 paddock atmosphere to the event, and visitors will get to see thrilling high-octane action in the Live Action Arena.
Autosport International always features car launches, major team announcements and the opportunity to see exciting machinery up close and personal. The event takes place alongside the Performance Car Show, adding an extra highperformance dimension. Advance adult tickets are £33; it’s £36 on the door. The price includes a free seat in the Live Action Arena.
