CIRCUIT 3
1. SPRINT ON THE SPOT
● Run as quickly as you can without moving.
2. SQUAT KICKS
● With feet shoulder-width apart bend into a squat.
● Return to standing and kick your left leg out in front of you. Squat again, and this time kick out the right leg.
3. FAST AIR PUNCHES
● Punch your arms out in front of you. Make sure to fully extend each arm.
4. JUMP SQUAT
● With feet shoulder-width apart, bend into a squat.
● Jump into the air and land in the squat position.
5. MOUNTAIN CLIMBER
● Get into a plank position, with core engaged.
● Draw your right knee towards your chest and then replace it. Do the same with your left knee.
