C11

Ron Williams sends me this photograph of his C11 which he has just completed rebuilding, having bought it as a basket case a while back. It came with an old log book showing it was supplied by Rowland Smith Motorcycles and registered in November 1952. He asks me the procedure to follow to obtain a V5c. I have provided this. The fact that Ron has an old log book is half the battle when dealing with the DVLA.
