Join the feast on a working farm in Devon this spring at Nancarrow. Arrive early to explore the tranquil 100-acre farm before heading to a barn filled with fresh flowers and long banqueting tables. Start with cocktails and canapés followed by a three-course feast of fresh, seasonal produce from the farm, showcasing organic spring lamb cooked over wood on an open fire. The guys at the well-stocked bar will whip up cocktails using local spirits (try Black Cow vodka and lemon verbena martinis, and Tarquin’s gin with homemade lemon and thyme syrup), serve wines that have been individual­ly paired with the meal, and even let you try Nancarrow’s own Barn Ale, brewed by local brewery Black Flag.
