GOING DEEPER UNDERGROUND

The exploration of modern botany continues at Dandelyan on London’s Southbank as the multi-award-winning bar presents its fourth menu. This new chapter shifts focus to the shadier undergrowth of the plant world, exploring our love of exploitation, escapism and full spectrum of guilty pleasures. The Vices of Botany menu is divided into four sections – Faith, Lust, $£¥ and Rock n Roll – and early favourites include the almost luminous green Arsenic Waltz, a blend of Tapatio blanco tequila, sour pear, long pepper and cucumber honey and Beaune Wine which combines Martell cognac, saffron, ginger and dry banana wine.
