The exploratio­n of modern botany continues at Dandelyan on London’s Southbank as the multi-award-winning bar presents its fourth menu. This new chapter shifts focus to the shadier undergrowt­h of the plant world, exploring our love of exploitati­on, escapism and full spectrum of guilty pleasures. The Vices of Botany menu is divided into four sections – Faith, Lust, $£¥ and Rock n Roll – and early favourites include the almost luminous green Arsenic Waltz, a blend of Tapatio blanco tequila, sour pear, long pepper and cucumber honey and Beaune Wine which combines Martell cognac, saffron, ginger and dry banana wine.
