What’s your LEGACY?

From inspiring your children to have a love of cooking to leaving a lasting gift in your will to a charity like Unicef, it feels good to pass on a legacy

-

Who sparked your interest in food? Was your grandmother a brilliant cook who always cooked from scratch? Perhaps your dad would draft you into helping him prep when he was making a family meal? Often, a passion for food and cooking comes from the generation before, and no doubt you’re now ready to pass the baton onto the next.

It’s rewarding to know you’ve passed on a legacy to your children, but imagine how wonderful it feels to know you’re passing on a legacy to children worldwide. If you leave a lasting gift in your will to Unicef, you could do just that. Founded in 1946, in the aftermath of World World II, Unicef is the leading organisation for children, now protecting and promoting children’s rights.

Unicef ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. In fact, Unicef supplies vaccines for around half of the world’s children under five, and in 2018 alone, supported 12 million out-of-school children to access education. Here in the UK, Unicef works with schools, hospitals and local authorities to reach 2 million children every year.

So help build a better world and transform the lives of future generations by leaving a gift to Unicef in your will. It couldn’t be easier to leave a gift and it’s crucial to Unicef’s good work – it will help the organisation to continue to be there for vulnerable children no matter where they are or what they need.
