Tequila cosmopolitan

A hybrid creation that swaps cranberry juice for similarly tart hibiscus tea, and vodka for tequila.
blanco tequila 50ml triple sec or Cointreau 15ml lime juice 15ml, plus a slice to garnish hibiscus tea 25-50ml, cooled

• Shake all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime slice.
