Sandra Pineau-Boddison, partner at the The Hayward Partnershi­p will moderate this session looking at the new guidance document to soon be jointly published by IFSA and the Airline Catering Associatio­n. With speakers from Flying Food Group, dnata, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, LSG Sky Chefs and United Airlines, the session will cover topics such as COVID-19 from an airline catering perspectiv­e; unifying the airline catering relationsh­ip and enhanced caterer preparatio­n safety.
