Festival tickets up for grabs

TICKETS for Ormskirk Beer, Food and Wine Festival are now on sale.

Last year’s event proved incredibly popular and this year organisers are hoping to create a bigger and better weekend.

The festival begins on Friday, September 23, from 4-10pm and continues on Saturday and Sunday from 11am10pm at Ormskirk Cricket Club.

There will be a 60-80 cask ale bar, almost double the amount of local stalls, a gin bar and cocktails.

Local bands and artists will perform across the weekend and Sunday has been designated as a family day, with kids games and activities throughout the day.

Already confirmed for the food market are Source Deli, Infusions, Top That Wood Fired Pizza, Eat New York, Derby House catering and Gastro Grub Hub, along with many more.

The Ormskirk festival has been organised by The Cricketers pub.

Tickets are available to buy now from The Cricketers in Ormskirk or their sister pub The Ship at Lathom.

People can choose from the following:

Limited Full Weekend ticket £7.50 includeing entry all weekend, a souvenir festival glass and two beer tokens (Tickets will be posted to address provided).

Individual Day Ticket £2.50 includes entry fee for one day (collect at festival) and kids go free all weekend
