Community Link Foundation

ARE you dreaming of a summer holiday or saving up for something special?

Then Community Link Foundation could have the perfect solution to help with all the shopping.

At Community Link Foundation we hold a monthly lottery called the 600 Club and every month one person wins £1,000.

An additional five people win £100 each month.

Winning £1,000 could help you have a great summer!

And it could help us to raise funds that we can give to good causes in Southport, Ormskirk, Formby and surrounding areas.

Only 600 people are allowed in the club and if we get more than 600 members then we will start another club.

This means that the odds of winning are always pretty high.

It costs just £5 a month and by being a member of the lottery you will be helping Community Link Foundation to raise money that we can then use to help people and organisations in the local area who have applied for funding.

Grants are awarded to applicants who are experiencing ill health, disability, poverty and other disadvantages.

All the information about the club and how to set up a standing order each month can be found on our website, www. clfoundation.co.uk.

As well as looking for people to join the 600 Club, we would also love to hear from anyone who would like to help us by holding a fundraising event.

There are many ways to fundraise and we would love to hear from anyone who is up for a challenge!

Over the last couple of years we have had people hold all sorts of fundraising events and sponsored activities for us, from running marathons to holding quiz nights.

On our website there is a link to a Virgin Money site where you will find lots of ideas of ways to fundraise.

There is a Personal Challenge section that gives ideas including everything from growing a beard to a sponsored silence.

Or you can decide on your own activity, and we would be able to support you with your plans.

We have been able to give out some grants recently to help some amazing organisations, and this has only been possible thanks to the generosity of people and businesses from across the area.

We would love to hear from you so we can keep doing this.

If you think CLF could help you, please look for details of how to apply for funding online at www.clfoundation.co.uk.
