Equipment is provided and no previous golf experience is needed.
So if you fancy some fresh air and the chance to meet new people have a chat with your GP or medical practitioner and if you meet the criteria, then you can be referred.
The activity will start when appropriate numbers have signed up.
Cllr Yvonne Gagen, West Lancashire Borough Council portfolio holder for Leisure, said: “Active West Lancs provides wonderful health and leisure activities for local people.
“I am sure there will be something you fancy trying, so sign up for one of the programmes or come along to the activities and you will reap the benefits.”
In addition to these sessions, Active West Lancs continues to deliver weekly health walks and Active Gym programmes.
