TICKETS are selling fast for Community Link Foundation’s next big event but there’s still the chance for you to be there!
The event is an Only Fools and Horses themed night which will start with actors playing Marlene and Boycey welcoming you to the event before you are served with a delicious three course meal.
During the evening, other characters will appear for a night of fun and cushty comedy in the grand marquee at Southport Rugby Club, Waterloo Road.
The event is on Friday, October 13 and it is part of the annual Southport Comedy Festival, so you can be sure of plenty of laughs.
The evening has been planned by trustees of Community Link Foundation to raise money for the charity, which will then be used to support individuals and organisations in Southport and the surrounding areas.
Once the Only Fools and 3 Courses part of the evening is over, The Deadbeats Partyband will entertain the audience before a disco.
The event is being sponsored by Mark and Lyn Cunningham from Anthony James Estate Agents and their donation means that the money raised on the night will go directly to the charity.
Mark said: “We are delighted to sponsor this event for Community Link Foundation.
“It’s going to be a really fun night and we hope that it will raise lots of money that CLF can use to continue the wonderful work they do in the area.
“As a local business, we feel it’s important to support local charities that benefit people in our community.”
