Community Link Foundation

COMMUNITY Link Foundation has been able to help some very worthy causes in the last few months and would love to hear from people who can help us with future fundraising.

Community Link Foundation is a charity that benefits the local community by giving grants to individuals, community groups and organisations.

The more help that we get with fundraising, the more people and groups we will be able to help in the coming months.

Over the last couple of years we have had people hold all sorts of fundraising events and sponsored activities for us, ranging from golf days to marathons.

We would encourage people to consider raising money for Community Link Foundation and we can suggest lots of different ways to fundraise.

On our website, www.clfoundation.co.uk, there is a link to a Virgin Money site.

You can donate directly to Community Link Foundation through that site but it also gives plenty of ideas of events and activities that you can do for us.

There is a Personal Challenge section that gives ideas including everything from doing a marathon to a sponsored silence.

Or of course, you can decide on your own activity, and we would be able to support you with your plans.

Enda Rylands, chairman of Community Link Foundation, said: “We would love to hear from people who would like to plan some fundraising activity for us and we will help them to plan it and support them as much as possible.

“The more people that we have helping us to raise money, the more organisations and people we can help in the local community.

“We are very grateful for all the support that we get from fundraisers and our regular supporters.”
