Ambassadors offer an opportunity to network
THE Skelmersdale Ambassadors Network will be hosting a free business breakfast event this month.
The event is to be held at Lancashire Manor Hotel on Thursday, September 20 between 7.45am and 9.30am.
Participants will hear from West Lancashire Borough Council on how the Local Plan review will shape the future of the borough.
There will also be a representative from the developers St Modwen who will give an update on the scheme for the new Skelmersdale town centre, as well as a housebuilder who is building new homes in Skelmersdale.
With opportunities to enjoy a great morning of networking the Skelmersdale Ambassador events are a way of introducing your business to the network.
John Harrison, West Lancashire Borough Council director of development and regeneration, said: “A key council priority is to be ambitious for our borough’s economy.
“The Ambassador Network events are an opportunity to hear first about strategic decisions affecting the borough, make new business connections and hear how your organisation can help to promote West Lancashire as a key business destination.”
Booking is required to secure a place at the event.
